At SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC, skiing is currently available on 44 km of slopes across all 6 areas – Černá hora, Pec pod Sněžkou, Černý Důl, Velká Úpa, Svoboda nad Úpou and Malá Úpa. Try the SkiTour ski transfer and travel on skis and snowcats from Černá hora to Pec pod Sněžkou. Around 90 km of cross-country trails are groomed along the ridges. The alpine coaster in Pec is in operation daily and turns into a magical ride after dark. The Černohorská Sledge Run is open every day. Sledging is also possible in the Panorama Park at the top of Černá hora. Evening tobogganing in Pec at Javor operates during spring holidays on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. Night skiing is offered daily on Javor in Pec and on Protěž in Janské Lázně.

Learning areas and SkiResort Live ski school

LIVE learning parks are open in the SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC areas of Černý Důl, Velká Úpa, Pec pod Sněžkou and Černá hora. On Černá hora, the LIVE Park Formánky and the LIVE Park Panorama are open.

In all areas, SkiResort Live rental shops are available and are always located next to the learning zones.

Spring holidays are an ideal time for ski lessons. The SkiResort Live ski school is fully prepared for young skiers, with 300 instructors and 7 LIVE learning parks. We recommend booking lessons in advance and online. Private, group and family lessons are available, as well as premium carving lessons.

Pec pod Sněžkou

In Pec pod Sněžkou, most slopes are open, including the Funline with banked turns, terrain waves and an 8-metre-long tunnel. The Funpark is open on the Javor slope. Next to Javor, the LIVE Park Javor with a conveyor belt is open for beginners. Evening tobogganing also takes place here on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday, with an animation programme on Fridays.

Night skiing on Javor in Pec is available daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Night skiing on the U lesa slope takes place on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

The Relaxpark alpine coaster is open daily from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and turns into a magical illuminated ride after dark, with thousands of lights along the track and in the surroundings.

Černá hora

On Černá hora, skiing is available on almost all slopes. The SkiTour ski transfer operates daily.

The LIVE Park Formánky with a conveyor belt is open, where lessons are provided by the SkiResort Live ski school, offering another learning area for families and beginners. The Formánky refreshment hut is also open.

The Panorama Park area is open at the top of Černá hora, featuring a LIVE park with a record-long conveyor belt and a designated sledging zone.

Night skiing on the Protěž slope takes place daily from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A ski bus runs from the central parking area for night skiing, and the operating hours of the Protěž restaurant are extended accordingly.

Skibuses and SkiTour

Main ski bus routes as well as daily city ski bus lines operate daily according to timetables. The SkiTour ski crossing from Černá hora to Pec pod Sněžkou is open daily.

Evening city ski bus lines transporting skiers to evening skiing in Pec operate on days with evening skiing. This includes the city line around Pec for evening skiing and the line connecting Velká Úpa with Javor in Pec, as well as the line from Janské Lázně to Protěž.

Velká Úpa

The Portášky, Modřín and Saggaserky slopes are in operation. Evening skiing on Modřín takes place regularly on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The LIVE park with a conveyor belt at the lower station of the Portášky cable car is open daily.

Černý Důl

Two chairlifts and the Veronika drag lift are in operation, and most slopes are open. The LIVE park Černý Důl is also open, including the Veronika lift and the conveyor belt.
