SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC is hiring for winter
SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA – PEC, winner of the World Ski Awards 2025 in the Czech Republic’s Best Ski Resort category, has launched recruitment for the 2026/27 winter season. We are currently looking for new colleagues for 19 types of positions – in ski area operations, the ski school and SkiResort Live services, as well as in restaurants, bars and bistros.
Open positions include ski and snowboard instructors, ski lift and cable car operators, rental and service staff, event animators, customer support staff, as well as positions in gastronomy – cooks, pizza chefs, waiters, bartenders, baristas and venue managers.
Most positions are seasonal for the winter, while some also offer the possibility of long-term or year-round employment.

Depending on the position, jobs are available in Janské Lázně, Pec pod Sněžkou, Velká Úpa, Černý Důl and Svoboda nad Úpou.
