Summer lifts in SkiResort ČERNÁ HORA - PEC
From Saturday, May 16, the Černohorský Express gondola from Janské Lázně to Černá hora will switch to daily operation from 9:00 to 17:00. The Portášky chairlift in Velká Úpa will operate on weekends from 9:00 to 16:00 during May and the first half of June. From June 15, this lift will also operate daily.
The Hnědý vrch chairlift in Pec pod Sněžkou will start weekend operation in June.
Take the lift up, ride a scooter down
In Janské Lázně, on Černá hora, in Velká Úpa and at Portášky, you can rent scooters at SkiResort Live. Take the lift to the mountain ridges and ride down to the valley on a scooter. All rental points have enough scooters available, so there is no need to book in advance. You can choose from 60 km of well-marked routes divided by difficulty.
Relaxpark bobsleigh track, Lemurie children’s park and Monkey park rope centre
The Relaxpark bobsleigh track in Pec pod Sněžkou is open daily. The Lemurie children’s park next to the bobsleigh track and the 1st Krkonoše pancake house CrêPec are also open daily. The area also includes a SkiResort Live rental shop, which is open on weekends. Right opposite the bobsleigh track you will also find the Monkey park rope centre, currently open on weekends.

Pecka playground landscape
The large natural children’s playground Pecka in Velká Úpa at Portášky is open daily. On days when the Portášky lift operates, you can reach it comfortably by chairlift. Outside these days, you can walk to Pecka from Velká Úpa, or use the Sněžka gondola lift, from whose Růžohorky station it is an easy downhill walk of around 40 minutes.
Kabinka children’s park
The children’s park at the top of Černá hora is currently open only on weekends. With a valid ticket for the Černohorský Express gondola, a valid EnjoyCard or a summer season pass, admission to the park is free.
